In the 1865 census there is an Inger (Christine?) Jensdatter,b 1849; father is Jens Olsen, b 1818; mother is Gjertud Torgersdatter, b 1817; is Inger(Enger?) mentioned as going to America--Chicago? What is written about her and her siblings? Thank you, Roger.

Thank you, yes-she is a possible Inger Christine, born about Sept 1849; travels to Chicago 1869/1870. Roger. (..i need typing and 'lenke' lessons!)

I’m afraid that this is a wrong person. The person that you are referring to died unmarried in 1921. Lenke
