Assistance with some transcribing

I've received a few snippets of handwriting from the National Archives containing my ancestors' birth records. Can anyone help with trying to transcribe this handwriting? Specifically I'm wondering if the parents' names can be picked out?

 

I'm very grateful for any assistance that can be provided.

First, it is much better to provide a link to the protocol rather than narrow excerpt images.

With access to the protocol, we can compare more handwriting, know when and where this is etc.
