On Anne Nilsen church parish death record, we cannot read the last column on page 292 in 1889.  Can someone read this comment?

"jordfæstelsen udført af methodistmenigheden prest i Trondhjem"

Something like The graveside ceremony is conducted by the pastor of the methodist community in Trondheim.

 

In the leftmost column: "Dissenter" (not member of the official church).

Would this mean that she is buried at Lade Church?  But the graveside ceremony was done by a Methodist pastor at Lade’s graveyard?

It seems so. For some burials, it is noted that they were at other graveyards. The remaining, including this one, were supposedly at Lade Churchyard.

Nothing is said about where the ceremony was held. It can be at the churchyard.

However, the "graveside" ceremony (three shuffles of soil on the coffin) is sometimes held

in the church (hence, possibly in the methodist assembly hall*)). Then the coffin is brought to the graveyard.

 

*)The methodist church in Trondheim was built in 1925. Before that, (from 1881) the community owned  a building with a hall/room used for their meetings.
