Jeg er stum av forbauselse over hvor mange opplysninger som her er tilført meg, så en hjertens takk til Ann-Mary, Egil og Stine. I kildene her står det å lese at Christian Perry (f.1855) av yrke var "brick mason" som vel indikerer at mannen arbeidet som murer. Oppsummert viser det seg at Christian Piro kom til USA i 1880, giftet seg i 1883. Bodde først i Illinois, deretter i Minnesota. Utvandret til Canada i 1907, men kom tilbake til USA, hvor Christian døde i 1926, konen i 1929. Var da bosatt i Wisconsin.
