Why is Niels Peterson Økland's birth not recorded in the Sveio book along with his siblings?

Niels Peterson Økland was born to Peter Tørresen Lodden Økland and Kari Neilsdatter in 1837 in Luten before the family moved  from Luten/Lodden to Økland in 1838.

However, in the Sveio Bygdebok, #1, page 318 Niels Peterson is not listed as a child of Peter Tørresen Lodden (his former residence) and Kari Neilsdatter.

 

Is this an error, or does it have to do with the location?

Thank you very much for confirming what I suspected -- that he was, indeed, the first born child of that family. I based my suspicion on the records for his birth and his confirmation.
