Help with transcriptions from early 20th century - English speaker

Hello from New York, USA! I am trying to get some details about my great-great-grandmother (Kristina Matilde Reinertsen [Sudland] - born 23 Jan 1876), my great-grandmother (Malene Katherine Dahl) and individuals I believe are her 2 half siblings (Sverre Rosvold and Johan Alfred Bradt [Sudland]). To my knowledge, all of the children were born out of wedlock. I am curious what sort of life she was living. It seems Sverre was fostered out and I am not even sure Johan ever lived with his mother. I have yet to locate baptism records for Sverre. There are some transcriptions in baptism records and from a census, and I was wondering if anyone could transcribe them.

The first:

"Kjelderbekvemmeligheter inneholder 3 værelser, men denne familie

har kun leiet de 2, det tredje benyttes ikke for tiden".

In English, something like "The basement contains 3 rooms, but this family

has only rented the 2, the third is not in use at present"

 

The 2nd and 3rd are almost the same (although with some more abbreviations in the 3rd)

"Daapen anm.[eldt] skriftlig av barnets mor. Om faren er gift el.[ler] ugift, vites ikke. Heller ikkje hans bopæl kjendes".

(The baptism notified in writing by the child's mother. Whether the father is married or not married, is not know. Neither his residence is known.)

"Daapen anm. skriftlig av moderen. Om f.[faderen] er gift el.[ler] ugift, er ik.[ke] opgit. Opgit alder 49 aar".

 (....  Reported age [of the father] is 49 years)

 

the 4th:

The first underlined text are the names of the witnesses: 

"Snedker [carpenter] Martin Frandsen(?) og Kone [wife] Karen, Arbeider [worker] Halvor Hofset, Diakonisse [Deaconess] Ragnhild Thoresen"

The last:

"Begges 1ste Leiermaal. Tilm.[eldt] Sogneprest i ??sund  17(??)/11(??) 1903"

(First child out of marriage for both.  Notification to the vicar in ??sund ...)
