Could someone help with two short passages in Helge Steensøn Hammersbøen’s 1705 estate, Ringerike og Hallingdal sorenskriveri, skifteprotokoll 4, fol. 68b?
https://media.digitalarkivet.no/view/25539/73

1. The 10 February 1703 exchange: is the counterparty Jørgen Andersøn Vester Berg, and are the outgoing properties Studsrød and a name divided across the line as Sle-/tten? I read med Bøxel for the first and uden Bøxel for the second. The registration date/place appears to be 16 November 1703 at Bøe.
2. The paragraph citing the 27 September 1694 afkaldsbrev, registered 14 March 1695: does the wording identify any individual odal claimant or relationship to Helge?

The earlier registration notice has been located in Numedal og Sandsvær Tingbok I 26, fol. 7a–7b:

It names Helge Steensøn, residing at Hammersbøen in Hol annex, and collectively Kleppen’s hereditary claimants, but I cannot identify any individual grantor.

I would appreciate a literal reading of the uncertain words. I have not inferred Helge’s parents from the property ownership.

First: welcome to the forum!

second: it would be nice to know who is participating; see https://www.digitalarkivet.no/en/content/change-display-name

For the 1st question:

I read the counter part as "Jorgen Andersen Vester Berg", and the first property as "Studzrud"

The other name, I read as

"...i Fiel-

leboen i Ramnes Sogn udj Jarels-

berg Grevskab ..."

For the 2nd question:

The entry is very brief, only 3 lines, as I read:

The ting is 14 March 1695 (p. 6a)
"Item [blef læst] it odelsløsnings-bref paa Kleppen udaf dj

odelsbaarne, udsted d 23 Janv Ao. 94 til Helge Steenersen

[new page]

Boende paa Hammers-bøen i Hofs Annex i Hallingdahl."
